As a community of care during this time, we may be sitting with joy, uncertainty, change, perhaps some hope, MCAC invite you to a shared space together on November 7th is for connection. We know that time together in community, having conversations, reflecting together is important. It is important to take this pause post-election that can help us stay in community and grapple with what’s ahead.

We had an incredible time at the Vote with Confidence event on Saturday at the Nashua Public Library. About 100 folks showed up for this multi-lingual, family-friendly event where you could register to vote, request an absentee ballot, eat some food, and get all of your voting questions answered. We had voter guides created by Manchester Community Action Coalition (MCAC) and translated into 4 languages available. Angela Mercado of the Community Engagement Training Center did an outstanding job with community outreach, and kile Adumene held down the community conversation portion of the event. The GRANITE STATE ORGANIZING PROJECT and Nashua Chapter of the League of Women Voters also offered substantial contributions as community partners. And Nashua's City Clerk, Dan Healey, was on site to answer questions and register voters. Thank you to everyone who showed up to make this extraordinary community engagement experience possible! 🙌💯👏
