There’s an old saying: “You can’t understand another person’s experience until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.” That’s the purpose of the Walk-A-Mile In Her Shoes fundraiser, a light-hearted way to bring attention to a serious issue—domestic violence. Participants, like Ian Campbell who represented our company, recently donned high heeled shoes and walked one mile through downtown Calhoun, GA, to support the work of the Gordon County Domestic Violence Outreach Office. Mannington Mills was proud to be the premier sponsor of the event. Thank all of our associates who turned out to cheer Ian on, and also participated in various ways to support this worthy cause. #Flooring #GreatAssociates #CareCoreValue #CommunitySupport #CompanyYouKeep

Mannington Mills...The Company You Keep.
About us
Mannington Mills was founded in Salem, New Jersey in 1915, by John Boston Campbell who came from Scotland and found happiness in the business of making flooring with his two sons, Neil and Kenneth. Still privately held and owned by the Campbell family, Mannington is now one of the world’s leading makers of residential and commercial fine flooring with locations across the U.S. and in the U.K. (under the Amtico brand). And though we’ve evolved and grown throughout the years, our commitment to our craft has never changed. Mannington Mills' family of companies and brands includes Mannington Residential, Mannington Commercial, Amtico, Phenix Flooring, and Burke Flooring, and is home to a vibrant, creative group of thinkers, innovators and go-getters who design and manufacture gorgeous floors with superior performance and durability. Our long-standing company values include “Care” and “Do the Right Thing.” These values play into everything we do when it comes to how we interact with one another, our customers, our families and the communities in which we are located. Perhaps that’s why so many Mannington associates have turned their jobs into careers that have spanned decades. Where you choose to work matters. That’s why we’re dedicated to making Mannington…the company you keep.

In support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, associates at our Madison, GA, site put our “Do The Right Thing” Core Value into practice by “going pink.” #Flooring #NationalBreastCancerAwarenessMonth #GreatAssociates #CompanyCoreValue #NationalBreastCancerAwarenessMonth

When Mannington Mills associates put our “Care” Core attribute into practice for a good cause, good things happen. Recently, many of our Calhoun associates, including Tom Pendley, Jada Weaver, Lizbeth Sanchez (here with her kids), and Lupita Jiminez (alongside her mom and niece) got into “the groove,” laced up their running shoes and participated in the 31st Annual Unity Run that raised funds for United Way of Gordon County, GA. Our company was also an event sponsor. #Flooring #GreatAssociates #CareCoreValue #CommunitySupport #CompanyYouKeep

A good way to get the next generation of leaders committed to volunteering is to get them involved when they’re young. That’s what John Campbell recently did when he and his daughter, Maddie, prepped food at Food Bank of South Jersey for distribution to communities across South Jersey and in hard hurricane hit communities in North Carolina and Florida. Well done, John and Maddie! At Mannington Mills, we’re working together to care for our communities. #Flooring Feeding America #EndHunger #MakeADifference #HungerSolution #DoTheRightThing #CommunitySupport #LocalCommunitySupport #CompanyYouKeep #FutureLeaders
So proud of my daughter! Maddie and I represented Mannington Mills, Inc. and rolled up our sleeves today at Food Bank of South Jersey, proudly embracing Mannington’s partnership with Feeding America. Not only were we preparing food to be distributed to communities in need across South Jersey, but also knew some of our work was heading to hard hurricane hit communities in North Carolina and Florida. We are already looking forward our next chance to be able help in this great organization!
