We are proud to highlight one of our stand-out high-end renovation projects in Austin, TX, for Stagwell. MAPP transformed the space with an open office concept that promotes collaboration, featuring sleek polished concrete floors and energy-efficient LED lighting. The renovation included significant demolition to brighten and open up the space, creating a more inviting environment that overlooks Cesar Chavez Street and the Colorado River in Downtown Austin. We also upgraded the entry lobby, all conference rooms, and private offices, giving them a fresh, modern feel with white-painted ceilings to enhance the sense of space. Congratulations to the OCI Phase 1 Project Team, the inaugural winners of the 2024 Presidential Safety Award! This award is given annually to one team that demonstrates exceptional dedication to safety excellence throughout their project.  A big shout out to Connelly Luke, Emmett Waggenspack, George Bullock, John Michael King, Alan Pitalo, Wade Patterson, Tony Stout, and Katy Hidalgo for their outstanding commitment to safety. With 61 safety inspections, 250 observations, and a flawless record of zero near misses, recordables, or lost time incidents, they truly embody the values of this award.
