Looking good! 👍 Maraziti Falcon is so proud to have played a role in bringing #Flemington's Union Hotel back to life! ✨ We represented the Borough in the negotiation of a revised Redevelopment Agreement to revive the #redevelopment of downtown #Flemington which had stalled due to litigation .The Firm successfully negotiated a revised Redevelopment Agreement which lowered the maximum height of the project from eight to four stories, brought more certainty to the funding of critical infrastructure improvements and allowed the Police Department to remain in their current location, saving the Borough millions of dollars.
