50 Years of Hard Work! 👷♂️💪 We recently celebrated Kenny Turner who has now completed 50 years of service with Marco. Our General Manager, Trevor Park, presented Kenny with a commemorative pin and a check for $1250. Kenny began working as a welder in 1974 and has seen a lot of changes over the years. He has worked in Weld and Fit Up as a welder, a Fit Up Helper, Fit Up and is currently working as a Fabrication Lead. Kenny's experience with the Marco legacy conveyor line is unmatched and he remains a valuable member of the Marco team. Congratulations Kenny!

Last week we welcomed close to 60 Terex distributors and team members to Missouri to showcase our plans for Marco and Terex Mount Vernon. Our visitors began their day with a presentation, where we gave some insights into the Marco brand which included a look at our history, an overview of our product range and an update on our factory expansion plans. We also held an open discussion with the attendees to see where Marco can fit into their business plans. The second half of the day saw attendees make the short trip to the factory in Mount Vernon where they were taken on a tour of the facility and got to see some Marco equipment up close. Everyone at Marco appreciates the efforts of those that took the time out to visit us in Missouri and look forward connecting again in the future. This week we celebrated a special milestone and hosted our Chili/Soup Cookoff! Steve Jackson celebrated 45 years of service with Marco on Monday and was presented with a check as a thank you for his years of hard work. Steve began his career at Marco as a Punch Press Operator before moving to the Tool Room where he was the lead over the Punch Press. When the operator left, Steve went back to Punch Press and has been working there ever since. Steve's current title is Tool & Die and continues to be a valuable member of the Marco team. We'd also like to send our congratulations to Jesse Beck and David Gudgell who came first and second in our Chili Cookoff and to Brittney Beck and Matt Lambert who took first and second place in our Soup Division.
