Last chance to see the Traveling Exhibit: Beyond Rosie: Women in World War II. The last day to see this exhibit at MHC is Saturday, September 7th, 10am to 4pm. Rosie the Riveter is the iconic symbol of women's involvement in World War II. She is one part of a larger story about the many ways women contributed to and were affected by war. World War II changed the everyday social, cultural, and economic realities of life in the United States, especially for women. Beyond Rosie: Women in World War II explores the lives of women in World War II. This exhibit is from the Museum of History and Holocaust Education (MHHE) at Kennesaw State University. #visitmariettaga #mariettasquare #CobbCounty #MariettaSq #localhappenings #WorkingTogether #mariettahistorycenter #travelingexhibit #GeorgiaHistory #KSUTravelingExhibit #KSU #oralinterview #Learning #continuingeducation #KSUHistory #educator #Historylovers #SchoolTours
