Marigold Health has recently been informed of an uptick in fraudulent hiring practices from individuals claiming to be employed by or working with the company. We know how disappointing, frustrating, and hurtful these things are, and are working with the appropriate authorities. Some suggestions to help keep you safe while you're exploring job opportunities: 1. Verify job postings. Any active employment opportunities through Marigold Health will be listed on our company's website Careers page 2. Verify the contact information: Marigold Health does not currently utilize any outside Talent Aquisition support. 3. Trust Your Gut: If something feels too good to be true or raises suspicion, trust your instincts. Don't overlook warning signs. 4. Check for Grammar: If the job description or communication has vague language, grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, or lots of caps and punctuation, this is a red flag that this may be a scammer. 5. Avoid Upfront Payments: Marigold Health will never ask for payment or financial information during the hiring process 6. Stay Vigilant: No company should ever ask for your personal information (SSN, etc.) via email; especially before an official offer is signed 7. Report it: If you suspect a job scam or encounter suspicious activity, it's essential to report it to the proper authorities. This can include the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), your local police, or the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Additionally, consider reporting the incident to the job board or platform where you found the fraudulent posting, as they may be able to take action against the scammer. Marigold Health's values of authenticity, candor, and ambition are in stark contrast to these fraudulent attempts. If you have been impacted by these scams, we hope our paths do cross one day and we are able to work together to further our mission to give every person with a mental health or substance use condition a place to feel heard. Stay safe, stay informed, and stay empowered! #mentalhealth #careers #opportunities

I'm thrilled to share that Marigold Health has closed $11M in Series A funding! This investment will empower us to support thousands struggling with substance use or mental health through peer support—an effective bridge for those traditionally underserved by behavioral health services. There is a lot to celebrate in our current collaborations with safety net providers and Medicaid plans, but we're just getting started. As we grow existing programs and launch new states, I'm filled with gratitude: A heartfelt welcome to our new investors and immense thanks for continuing support from our seed investors and advisors: Mark Legare, Bill Evans, Maxim Owen, Orin Hoffman, Aman Y. Marigold Health has recently been informed of another uptick in fraudulent hiring practices from individuals claiming to be employed by or working with the company. We know how disappointing, frustrating, and hurtful these things are, and are working with the appropriate authorities. This feels particularly hurtful during a time when so many talented people are looking for a new opportunity. While we'd love to be able to bring on everyone, and are growing, we try to do so very intentionally. Some suggestions to help keep you safe while you're exploring job opportunities: 1. Verify job postings. Any active employment opportunities through Marigold Health will be listed on our company's website Careers page 2. Our CEO and Co-founder, Shrenik Jain, will be recognized as one of the country’s top Young Innovators next week at #bht2023. Congrats to Shrenik!
🏆 Honored to share that Marigold’s efforts expanding access to peer support got me named one of the country’s top Young Innovators in Behavioral Health! Heading to Phoenix next week for the awards ceremony as part of the 2023 Behavioral Health Tech Conference. Today, mental health in America is a disaster – 2022 saw record deaths from suicide and overdose. Recent advances in policy, care models, and technology give me hope we can address this crisis. I’m looking forward to sharing learnings from Marigold’s work supporting Medicaid members with substance use disorders as well as insights from others in the industry. Drop me a line if you’re around to meet up! #bht2023 #mentalhealth #peersupport #behavioralhealth #medicaid Tracey Cohen, MD, FASAM Ravi Shah Regan McGraw Courtney DeWolfe Steve Ramsland Stephanie Brown Bill Evans Tai Hsia Siena Chiang Kristina Saffran Samir Malik Danish M.
