MARINE RENEWABLE ENERGY COLLABORATIVE OF NEW ENGLAND is a non-profit organization located in Marion, Massachusetts, United States. New England offers the richness of intellectual capital in its universities and the power of its entrepreneurial environment to foster the development of ocean energy systems. MRECo seeks to encourage cooperation between industry, academia, government and all other stakeholders to find solutions that will get equipment demonstrated in the water quickly. It is only when you get ‘steel in the water’ that we can fully understand impacts and to provide all concerned the information needed to sustainably harvest renewable energy in the ocean.
