The event gathered participants representing NATO, Allies, Partners, regional initiatives, NATO-accredited Centres of Excellence, academia, and industry. The Exercise integrates interagency cooperation, civil-military interaction (CMI) and multi-domain operations (MDO) themes, includes training consultation, command and control (C3) processes, allows concept and procedural experimentation, and helps develop and test creative approaches for maritime security. The Exercise invites the participation of focus area Nations, NATO Allies, Partners, relevant IOs and NGOs, academia, and private industries, and is especially relevant for staff in Maritime Operations Centres (MOCs), ongoing Maritime Security Operations (MSOs) and similar centres or initiatives.
