Our team has spent the last few weeks wrapping up the details on our overnight stay concept, the Lil Darlin, which launched last week. We are excited to share professional photos soon but can't miss the opportunity to celebrate every hand included in this project (many of whom are not pictured). From Ash & John's creative vision, to plans being drawn out to convert this unused loading dock into an artful overnight stay, to our rockstar construction teams led by Vega & Jeff who tackled each day with hard, high-quality work & joyful problem-solving, to the many trades, hands, and team members of ours that worked diligently on this project - every single one left their impact to bring this vision to life.

Our team just released the first episode of an exciting new podcast series on the concept of Diffused Hospitality. We believe that Diffused Hospitality has the potential to be the new economic driver of historic downtowns. This concept is comprised of three powerful, catalytic elements: Unique Food & Beverage, Unique Overnight Stay, and Celebratory events. We believe these three elements work together in catalytic ways to activate place. Dive in with our team over the next 4 episodes as we dive into this concept, and why we are all in on it. Our team has been working on an exciting install this week. We are thrilled to be approaching the launch of our 'Lil Darlin' 7-room overnight stay project—a place of hospitality and artfulness for Opelika brides, families, and eventually the larger community. We look forward to sharing more about this project soon!

We are honored and excited to announce that our client, Taylor University was recently awarded a $30 million grant from The Lilly Endowment Inc. to help create catalytic development in Upland, Indiana. This grant, the largest donation in Taylor's history, will help spur economic and community development in Upland, Grant County, and the wider region. Through our engagement with Taylor University, our team facilitated community charrettes, provided consulting services in the realms of placemaking, design, development, and investment, and assisted Taylor in building the grant proposal. It is good work to help people refine their vision for their place, and we are grateful to be involved! Great work! Brad Baggett, Ty Maloney, Natalie Ficken & the remainder of our team on pulling off this project with excellence!

Host Podcast REDEMPTIFICATION - the creative work of renewing a person or place to its intended beauty and glory

WOW! WOW! So many couples have asked for us to provide a resource like we use in our own lives and companies.. After..Much hard work went into the learning (25+ yrs & over 200 marriages we help reconcile) to allow us to have this simple "lens" on our 5 F's( Faith, Family, Fun, Fitness & Finances) Brad Baggett & nelson marsh, and our whole team worked diligently to make this assessment available to everyone for free if you want to have an objective way to look at these areas with your spouse. (see link in COMMENTS BELOW) I mentioned this on both of these amazing guys' podcasts.. Chris Powers Fort Podcast and Brent Beshore Permanent Equity Podcast
