Honoring the Women of Martin Foods for Women's Month! Kayla Hendricks has been with Martin Foods for 11 years as Director of Quality, Safety and Compliance. Her job is to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies OSHA, USDA-FSIS, & GFSI-BRC, including oversight of Martin Foods’ FSQA, HACCP, and Worker Safety programs. Kelly Garcia has been with Martin Foods for 1 year as a Demand manager. Her job is to work closely with sales, procurement, and production to ensure that everyone is rowing in the same direction. She provides sales forecasted demand to the procurement team to make the necessary buys of raw and dry materials, then works with the Planning/Scheduling Team to ensure production produces the product. Ja'Larrya Stewart has been with Martin Foods for 8 months as a Manager of Accounting and Financial Analysis. Her job is to oversee financial procedures, controls and reporting systems, reporting directly to our Controller. Her responsibilities include managing monthly closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciling general ledger accounts, analyzing financial information, collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, managing sales tax returns and more. #MartinFoods #WomenPower #womenshistorymonth #Protein #MartinandFriends

Honoring the Women of Martin Foods for Women's Month! Mimzi Foreman has been with Martin Foods for 3.5 years as a VP of Retail and Broadline Sales. Her job is to oversee all sales aspects for many of Martin Foods’ large customers, strategically partnering with them on their current and future product needs while ensuring Company values are exceeded. Marlina Segura has been with Martin Foods for 5 years as a Production Packer. Her job is to pack all marinated , soluted and dry product to suit the specification of the customer. Shanell Frazier has been with Martin Foods for 5 years as a Superintendent of Poultry Production. Her job is to oversee the daily operations of the production plant, ensuring all orders are filled and all products are produced properly and packaged correctly based on the customer specification. Her job is to be the first point of contact for applicants and employees alike, handle the recruitment and selection process, and communicate policies, procedures, and benefit programs to employees and managers. Erin Resendez has been with Martin Foods for 11 years as a Director of Quality Assurance. Her job is to pack all marinated, saluted and dry product to suit the specification of the customer. Bertha Palacios has been with Martin Foods for 4 years as a QA/Sanitation Supervisor. Her job is to ensure the plant is ready for production, product is up to code, and to collect data and document any deviations of our process. Angelita Cortes has been with Martin Foods for 19 years as an Accounts Receivable Manager and Staff Accountant.
