The goal of the Employment Works Program (EWP) is to provide competitive integrated employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and other job-related challenges, while ensuring high-quality services for the State of Maryland. Total Economic and Fiscal Impact: The total economic impact is measured by employment, state GDP, labor income, and county, state, and federal tax revenues.
