📊 New Report Highlights Nonprofit Hospitals' Impact 📊 Nonprofit hospitals and health systems delivered $10 in community benefits for every $1 of federal tax exemption in 2020, according to a new EY report for the American Hospital Association. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, hospitals provided $129 billion in community benefits—nearly 10x the value of the federal tax revenue forgone.
