After graduating from high school in 2011, Rachel hadn’t set foot in a classroom for over a decade. But thirteen years later, she decided to make a bold career change and enrolled in the ETeam Machinist Program at Lynn Vocational Technical Institute. With hard work, determination, and a leap of faith, she graduated and is now making history as one of the first female machinists at American Power Services! Rachel’s story is a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to pursue new goals and break barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields. Her journey is an inspiration to all who are considering a career change or entering the skilled trades. Congratulations, Rachel! 👷♀️🎉
