    Insurance RVPs:  What You Ask Your Mind Matters More Than You Think Ever feel stuck after a setback? Hit a roadblock on a big project? As Insurance RVPs, we all face challenges. But what separates those who bounce back stronger from those who get discouraged?  The questions we ask ourselves. Think of your mind like Google. Type in a search term, and you get a firehose of information – relevant articles, helpful tips, maybe even some conspiracy theories (we've all been there). The key is what you choose to focus on. Here's the real-world example: Imagine two RVPs facing declining sales in a specific region. One asks, "Why is this happening? What am I doing wrong?" The other asks, "What are the trends causing this decline? What adjustments can we make to adapt?" See the difference? The first question fuels negativity and self-doubt. The second one sparks curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. It primes your mind to find solutions, not dwell on the problem.   • If you allow me, I would like to share one lesson I have learned. I wanted to get better results in my business. I decided to take a ton of action, getting on calls and doing my best to help people otherwise known as making a sale. The issue for me was, I was taking action with a deeply held belief that I was not good enough. I felt unworthy and certainly a big lack of confidence. I felt like an imposter. Interestingly enough, all of the actions I took, didn't yield much. I learned about my limiting beliefs and how they impacted my life. I was completely controlled by them for the longest time. They took over my relationships, my bank account, my career, my health and wellness, basically everything. It was as if I had cut my head open, needing many stitches, but instead, I was putting a bandaid on it. The wound wasn't getting better and I kept bleeding. I learned to look at the root cause of everything in my life, my limiting beliefs. Once I did this and began to remove and replace the deep cuts within, then and only then, my life began to change. If you are walking around and feeling as if you are stuck and have been trying everything to get results, but nothing is changing or it's even getting worse. What I can tell you is, I was there. I am not perfect, but I am a whole lot better. I was so impacted by this information and change in my life, that I decided to walk away from my six-figure business, to commit the rest of my life to helping people see how truly amazing they are within. Once you get a taste of the POWER THAT IS ALREADY INSIDE OF YOU, everything else in your life will change for the better. How do I know this, because I am walking proof. I am committed to touching as many lives as I can, teaching this to others, with the hope that once you see that power inside yourself, you will teach it to others. That is paying it forward and making our world a better place. I may not know you yet, but I do know that you can be, do and have all those things you want. YOU JUST HAVE TO BELIEVE you can. It is these underlying limiting beliefs that cause all kinds of angst in our lives. I am here if you need me. Just reach out. You are not alone. I have helped so many others. I promise you this, if I can do this, anyone can.

  • Tip from a Top Producer: Structure your week A key part of the structure I’ve incorporated in my life through working with a business coach is using Tuesday through Thursday only for revenue-generating activity. The focus of these three days includes appointments with clients, trying to get appointments with clients or anything client-oriented that is designed to generate profit. I would never spend time on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday doing something that wasn’t client facing. That really has made a big difference.
