Sound bowls are used during our Sensory Symphony Swim, one of the signature experiences offered to both team members and residents to support their wellness journey.

We recently collaborated with the Renaissance Court Regional Senior Center in downtown Chicago to host a “Lunch & Learn” for older adults in the community. The program featured a presentation from Mather Institute on the health benefits of volunteering, followed by mindful movements to promote overall well-being.
