🎉 Employee Spotlight: Kailan P. 🎉 Meet Kailan P., one of Matic's Service Advisors and a team lead! Kailan joined Matic as an Inside Sales Rep and quickly made her mark. 🔹Promotion and growth: Kailan's hard work earned her a promotion to Service Advisor, and she took on the team lead role this February. "Becoming the team lead has been a goal I have had for a while," Kailan says. "I'm happy to have a role that helps my coworkers." 🔹Role and responsibilities: Kailan develops training materials for the customer service team and new hires. She also serves as a mentor to help them get acquainted with their role. Kailan credited being open to learning on the fly as her biggest key to success. "That's a big part of jumping into the customer service role, and you can do a lot of training and prep work but most learning will be done on the job. I like to approach everything holistically, and look at all issues and how to best resolve them. Building trust and having patience is also very important." 🔹Personal interests: Kailan is a self-proclaimed "movie nerd." She aims to go to the movie theater at least once a week, and her top movie is "10 Things I Hate About You." Even though Kailan lives in Philadelphia — her home for a year now — she is a five-year season ticket holder for the Columbus Crew and comes back to Columbus for big games."We got to attend the final game last year when we won the MLS Cup," she added. Fun fact: Kailan has never had a driver's license. When she's not working, Kailan enjoys walking around Philly learning about the city's history and going to farmers' markets. 🔗 Interested in a career at Matic?
