She enjoys offering ideas and feedback, which fosters a positive and empowering work environment. Tony Ramsden , Scapa Industrial, Ashton: Tony, who works in customer care for Scapa’s Industrial sector, finds that being heard is easy at Mativ. As the main point of contact for orders and inquiries, he shares his feedback regularly and takes pride in making a difference. Eden Gordon, Indafor US: Since joining Mativ in 2022, Eden has enjoyed collaborating with her team and helping customers with their needs.
