Japan’s iconic IC cards, Suica and Pasmo, may no longer be in production, but travelers and residents still have plenty of options to make their commutes and travels seamless! 🏙️🌸 Japan’s IC card system revolutionized transportation with their convenience and ease of use, making hopping on trains, buses, and even shopping a breeze. While Suica and Pasmo might be taking a step back, other IC cards like ICOCA, Manaca, and PiTaPa are still available and offer the same level of convenience across Japan. iPhone users can also add Suica to their Apple Wallet. Whether you're a frequent traveler or planning your next trip, these alternatives ensure you can explore Japan with ease, from bustling Tokyo to serene Kyoto. The interoperability of these cards across various regions makes them indispensable for anyone navigating Japan’s extensive public transportation network. So, next time you’re in Japan, remember to pick up one of these versatile IC cards to enjoy smooth and hassle-free travel. 🚆✨ Full Video here: https://lnkd.in/gi9wr_WB #JapanTravel #ICTech #Suica #Pasmo #Transportation #TravelTips #JapanCulture

How hard is it to move to #Japan? While many people think it's challenging to acquire a #visa, housing, a bank account, and more, in reality, it's not that different than #immigrating to any other country. With Japan's overtourism becoming a bigger issue, what are some ways that tourists can leave less of a footprint when visiting Japan? One thing that can definitely be improved is the respect level. There are so many videos that give tourists a bad name, such as following geishas and taking videos without their permission or shaking cherry blossom trees to take videos of the blossoms falling. It's important to do our part as tourists and respect Japan as much as the people living in Japan do! #overtourism #Japan #travel
