It was such an incredible surprise to be recognized at HERO, Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization annual Hero Bash! We were one of five Community Heroes recognized during their annual fundraiser. This amazing organization makes healthcare equipment accessible for our community, developing countries, and reduces unnecessary medical supply waste. Thank you for a wonderful time and an honor we will treasure!

Elevating Youth Experiencing Homelessness
About us
Matthew's Voice Project supports students experiencing homelessness in the Fargo/Moorhead community and surrounding area. We work directly with the schools' homelessness liaisons to meet the nuanced and messy needs that keep students in school to earn their high school diplomas. While we support hundreds of students and families each year, we primarily focus on the needs of unaccompanied students.

Thank you to KVRR - FOX for the invitation to participate in their segment about homelessness in our community. We appreciate the help in increasing awareness about our work and the other amazing resources available in Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo. There's so much work to do, but we are fortunate to live in a community that cares so deeply! Link in comments!

Did you know that, on average, adults who completed high school earn a minimum of $10,000 more per year? Earning a high school diploma is instrumental in lifelong success. We work directly with the school homelessness liaisons to support the often messy and nuanced needs that keep students experiencing homelessness in school. Examples of common needs: 🔵 Funds for transportation so a student can attend therapy. 🔵 Headphones so a student can complete their homework from a hotel room. 🔵 Groceries and hygiene products 🔵 Athletic equipment so they can access school sports. 🔵 Summer survival kits to ease the transition to summer.
