    Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Customer Success Meetup in NYC, surrounded by incredible leaders and innovators. (Shoutout to John Gleeson and his amazing team!) The conversations were energizing, but one theme stood out: Generative AI is no longer a distant possibility—it’s already transforming the future of customer success. Hearing firsthand how companies are beginning to leverage AI with the intention of streamlining processes, personalizing experiences, and driving both value and retention validated something I’ve been reflecting on for a while. We know that Generative AI isn’t just a tool or concept—it's fundamentally reshaping the way we do business. But here's the real question: Are we merely adopting it, or are we truly unlocking its potential?
