Today is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day. These losses are incredibly personal and painful experiences—yet they are often dealt with in silence, especially in the workplace. With up to 20% of pregnancies ending in miscarriage, many employees return to work while quietly carrying the weight of their loss. The emotional toll can be overwhelming, increasing the risk of depression, anxiety, and even PTSD. As HR leaders, providing compassionate support during this difficult time is essential. Offering access to mental health resources, leave policies that acknowledge loss, and continuous care through family health benefits can make a world of difference for grieving employees. Let’s work together to create a workplace that supports families through every part of their journey. Find our guide to supporting employees through pregnancy loss on our family benefits resource hub: https://bit.ly/487YK5F
