The exterior was transformed with a sleek new curtainwall entrance and stylish metal panels, making a bold statement. Inside, a modern conference room for tool demos and employee/client training was added, plus a stunning new lobby with curved LED lights that stretch from the 1st to 2nd floor, creating a unique vibe. The restrooms, kitchens, and dining areas feature elegant millwork and quartz countertops, while the updated stairs shine with glass and stainless-steel railings. Project Update: St. Matthew UMC Greenville Façade Repair Exciting progress at St. Matthew United Methodist Church! The exterior wall, originally built in the 1960s, has suffered significant deterioration over time due to water damage. Mavin has been working alongside St. Matthew UMC to assess the damage, explore material options for a new façade, and ensure the building’s long-term protection. Project Highlight: Prisma Health Surgery Center - Centennial Way The surgery center at 64 Centennial Way, located near the Greenville Memorial Hospital Campus, spans 45,351 square feet across two stories and features six advanced surgical suites. As Prisma’s largest outpatient surgery expansion in the past decade, this facility significantly improves access and convenience for patients. We’re thrilled to celebrate the opening of Prisma Health’s Behavioral Health & Wellness Pavilion, located at 701 Grove Road on the Greenville Memorial campus in Greenville, SC! Last week’s ribbon-cutting ceremony marked this milestone, and the pavilion is now open to the public. This state-of-the-art, 24,000-square-foot facility provides cutting-edge behavioral health therapies and greater access to outpatient care. We’re excited to celebrate Fellowship Greenville’s soon-to-open Adams Mill Road campus in Simpsonville! Last week, we joined DP3 Architects, church leaders, and project executives for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark this special milestone. This 37,000-square-foot project transformed a former YMCA into a vibrant worship space, complete with administrative offices, classrooms, student gathering areas, and a new nursery addition.
