In celebration of Parks and Rec Month, we're spotlighting Alexandria Bunker and the team’s work on the Amay James Park project. This initiative embodies the theme, "A Kinship With the Land." Amay James Park, nestled in a Charlotte neighborhood, spans 47 acres of forested land. The new master plan focuses on reconnecting the community with nature, featuring pathways, trails and urban agriculture. Supported by a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture, the project addresses food insecurity by teaching residents how to grow their own food. The park will offer spaces for community gathering, learning, opportunities of recreation and enjoying nature. Stay tuned for more updates on this transformative project! 🌱🏞️ #WhereWeBelong #ParksAndRecMonth #NatureConnectedness #CommunityEngagement #UrbanAgriculture

We're beyond excited to partner with Kane Realty Corporation on the incredible Oldham & Worth project in the West End of Downtown Raleigh! This mixed-use residential development is set to blend historic charm with modern living, and we can't wait to see it come to life! 🏙️✨ #CreatingExperiencesThroughExperience #RaleighNC
We are excited to announce the commencement of Oldham & Worth, a mixed-use residential project in the West End of Downtown Raleigh. Taking design inspiration from the lumber company located on the property many decades ago, Oldham & Worth will consist of 252 units ranging from modern studios to spacious multi-bedroom residences, along with 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The architectural design, which includes rough-hewn wood accents, board-formed concrete, brick, and exposed steel, seamlessly blends the neighborhood’s historic charm with industrial aesthetics. Key partners for this project include McAdams, Lynch Mykins Structural Engineers, Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, dwell design studio, llc, and Clancy & Theys Construction Company. Oldham & Worth is the second phase of Kane Realty Corporation's redevelopment of the former Clancy & Theys headquarters. These new mixed-use residential projects reinforce the West End as a dynamic and growing destination, complementing the expansion of Downtown Raleigh. The neighborhood's proximity to the burgeoning area around Dorothea Dix Park, the Warehouse District, and Union Station, as well as its walkability to Raleigh's Central Business District, make it a highly appealing location. We look forward to bringing this exciting new development to Downtown Raleigh!

We're excited to contribute our civil engineering and stormwater expertise to the project team revamping this unique event center! #CreatingExperiencesThroughExperience
The local government in Fayetteville, NC, is championing a new event and performing arts center to attract top-billing entertainment and generate revenue and exciting entertainment for the city. The existing Crown Complex venues, built between 1967 and 1997, need modernization. EwingCole worked alongside the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners and the community to design the state-of-the-art 137,000 SF facility. This multi-million-dollar investment will reflect the community’s values and serve as an economic catalyst for the region. Adhering to guiding principles and the theme “Out of Many, One,” the design embraces the area’s natural aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive community space. Key features include: 🔷 A 3,000-seat main event center with VIP and general admission balconies 🔷 A multi-use banquet room with smaller meeting rooms 🔷 A VIP Lounge, feature bars, and venue food service spaces 🔷 A roof terrace offering panoramic views of the downtown area Designed to host concerts, comedy shows, Broadway productions, local performances, banquets, and conventions, the center includes advanced performance upgrades like flexible stage configurations, enhanced rigging capabilities, diverse seating options, backstage support spaces, and improved amenities. We are excited to contribute to a project that will be a unique addition to Cumberland County! https://lnkd.in/gX8vWfpK #EwingCole #CrownEventCenter #CommunityDevelopment #PerformingArts #FayettevilleNC
