With over 48 years of aerospace experience, McCann Aerospace is among the world’s most capable, independent machining facilities. The addition of an 80,000sf facility brings our total footage to 155,000 square feet at our Athens, GA location. We have a second manufacturing plant in Macon, GA which encompasses 12,000 square feet. With both of these locations, no job is too large or too small for our company. With the recent capital investment of $16 million dollars in 27 new CNC spindles, we are able to commit over 97 CNC spindles to support projects of substantial size. Our clients rely on the McCann team to deliver expertise in the machining of thin wall aluminum monolithic parts, as well as hard metal machining. Over 40% of our machining capacity is geared for the machining of complex titanium components. In order to provide our customers with unmatched value, we offer kitting, integration, and the ability to furnish next-higher assemblies. McCann Aerospace is a corporation with a combined employment of over 175 teammates. The McCann platform participation roster includes Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777, 777F and 787, as well as the Gulfstream GIV, GV and new G650 Business Jets. Military Programs include C-17, C-130, F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F/A-22, F-35, UH-60, CH-47, Global Hawk and BAMS.
