Fresno - Family Law Paralegal (3+ years of experience required) Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Paralegal certificate required; 2. General family law experience; 3. Litigation experience also preferred; 4. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; 5. A firm understanding of family law procedures; 6. Ability to meet with clients to review and obtain documents; 7. Ability to use various e-discovery tools; 8. Ability to review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data; 9. Ability to prepare meet and confer letters; 10. Ability to bill 6 hours per day; 11. Ability to work as a member of a practice group team, for multiple partners; 12. Work independently to include keeping attorneys regularly updated on file progress; 13. Ability to meet deadlines; 14. Pleasant and professional demeanor.
