Senior HR Generalist Crystal Diaz is celebrating 10 years at McCoy Rockford! Crystal started as a Resource Librarian in the Design group, then became a Showroom Coordinator before joining the HR team. Her favorite core values are "Together We're Better" and "Doing the Right Thing Is the Right Thing to Do." "Doing the right thing isn't always easy," she says, "but I strongly believe that when you do the right thing, it's much easier to sleep at night." Her favorite part of her job is supporting employees across all departments at McCoy Rockford. Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys spending time at home, watching comedies and vacationing at Disneyland. Congratulations on this milestone, Crystal! #McCoyRockford #Anniversary

Safety and Risk Manager Danny Uhyrek is celebrating 30 years with McCoy Rockford! Danny has been instrumental in developing McCoy Rockford's safety program. Early in his career, he says he focused on the numbers. But as he grew in his understanding of the field, he learned that by focusing on people and providing them with the tools and training they needed, the numbers would take care of themselves. Danny's favorite core value is "For the Health of It." He believes in promoting safety for employees and clients, as well as everyone he meets in his community. "Safety," he says, "is a lifestyle." When he's not leading the charge on all things safety at McCoy Rockford, Danny enjoys church activities, bible study, and volunteering on mission trips. Congratulations on this milestone, Danny.
