WELCOME TO THE MCGARVEY TEAM Specializing in civil litigation former JAG officer and accomplished trial attorney Randall Clark has tried over 100 jury trials and 200 non-jury trials and has mediated over 300 cases. In his role at McGarvey PLLC, he’ll continue to deliver results to clients in even the most complex matters. A dedicated volunteer with Houston Volunteer Lawyers, he shares a common passion with others at McGarvey in providing pro bono legal services to Houston’s disenfranchised citizens and to veterans. Randall brings a true global view to the firm growing up in a military family stationed stateside from Atlanta to New Mexico to Virginia and globally in Ethiopia and Ecuador. Today he calls Houston home sharing his life with two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and two Maine Coon cats. In addition to serving veterans, Randall’s other passions include sustainability of the world’s oceans and ecosystems; scuba diving; underwater photography; and flying a sailplane.
