Students in our Career and Transition Readiness program put their job skills to the test during Mock Interview Day! 🎉 Leading up to the event, students focused on essential postsecondary skills like resume writing, crafting an effective cover letter, and completing job applications. Each student responded to a hypothetical job posting, prepared an application, and participated in two interviews. A structured rubric evaluated their communication, problem-solving, relevant experience, and professionalism. Afterward, students reflected on their performance in a debrief session with the interviewers, identifying strengths and areas for growth. Many walked away with a sense of accomplishment and pride, gaining valuable experience for their future careers! #CareerReadiness #PostsecondarySuccess
