Currently, we have 14 employees working in the customer space and MCM Tech is partnered with 3 major prime contractors. At MCM Tech, our current employees are earning a combined salary package ranging from $200,000 to $275,000. We do also offer 100% employer paid medical/dental/long-term disability as well. The stellar package we offer is the employer paid 25% SEP IRA in addition to your salary. This is tax deferred asset and there is no vesting time or any vesting % involved.
