**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative **Location:** In-Person **Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Pay:** $23.00 per hour **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the food production industry. In this role, you will manage customer orders, invoicing, and communication with distributors, brokers, and other stakeholders. You’ll also coordinate shipments, perform data entry, and maintain a professional attitude in a business-casual office environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication. - Manage and process customer orders from start to finish. - Confirm order details, pricing, and inventory availability, releasing orders to the warehouse. - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight carriers. - Use Excel, Word, ERP systems, and EDI to manage daily tasks. - Provide support to the Sales Team and handle reports, order updates, and customer complaints. - Monitor stock levels and notify the Operations team of purchasing patterns and stock needs. - Assist with customer returns, product questions, and problem-solving using available resources. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, specifically within the food production industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), EDI, and general computer applications. - Must pass an Excel test and interview as part of the selection process. - Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to process information quickly. - High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced computer skills a plus. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. **Physical Demands:** - Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Some overtime may be required. **Why Join Us?** We offer a dynamic workplace where multitasking and problem-solving are key.
