On Friday March 8th Meadowbrook La Grange celebrated Patricia on not only a very successful rehabilitation stay but also being declared cancer free after a recent follow up at Loyola Cancer Center. The team got together ringing bells in celebration of her cancer liberation. Patricia was discharged home yesterday. Thank you all involved in Patricia's care! #cancerfree #subacuterehab #successstory
