What better way to kick off #AAPIHeritageMonth than supporting a great cause with the Lockton TL Team and Karina Wong, Programming Director for Meals for Unity. What began as a one-time event in 2020 to feed and aid the Asian community in NYC (amid the surge in social disparities) has turned into a full-fledged nonprofit dedicated to this cause. It was so inspiring to hear their story and growing impact. We donated to their cause, decorated bags for this weekend’s food deliveries and enjoyed Dim Sum Go Go, a restaurant they frequently support…SO good! Thanks, Karina and Kevin! #LocktonCares Azena Correa John Burkinshaw Nicole McCarthy Eddie Kim Hayley DeMartine Annie Heiss Hannah Haley Young Nick Hill Marissa Alverzo Audrey Bailey Eileen Kuo Jason Sandler Gaurav Sud Alex Connelly

As we bring this year to a close, we wanted to take this time to reflect on the impact that Meals For Unity has made to support communities in need, and thank everyone who helped make it happen. We'll be sharing achievements and other insights over the next few weeks as a part of our 2023 Impact Report. As a part of our first recap, you can see that: - Since our inception, Meals For Unity has distributed a total of 14,730 meals. - This year alone, we’ve served 6,014 meals across 17 meal distribution events to communities in need, nearly HALF more than we did in our first year (and we’re not done yet…) - We were able to coordinate 17 meal distribution events, which would not have happened without our partners, volunteers, donors and community To keep our efforts going strong into the new year, feel free to spread the word that anyone can support Meals For Unity by making a donation where 100% of your contributions go towards providing meals for elderly experiencing food insecurity throughout NYC (Text “M4U2023" to 44-321 to donate).
