Machine of the Month: A Dial Workstation with Dual Lasers Equipped with a dial workstation using dual SMARTmark® VP MOPA Fiber lasers to increase overall marking volume. Marking nylon parts, the workstation incorporates data from the client's databases to etch a unique serial number into each unit that travels through it. This machine can mark human-readable text, barcodes, graphics, and logos. It features a beam sensor to ensure the proper loading of parts before the cycle begins. Operators at hand can control the machine using a custom graphical user interface (GUI) that can be operated on a touchscreen.
