Jim brings over 25 years of leadership experience, specializing in large team leadership, complex turnarounds, transformations, and rapid growth opportunities. Jim’s areas of expertise include strategy, operations, logistics, human resources, merchandising operations, training, customer experience, call centers, marketing, digital, e-commerce, franchise, and real estate. Alex’s areas of expertise include key account management, business development, sales strategy, market analysis, relationship management, strategic planning, new market expansion, client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth. We are confident that both Jim and Alex’s entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and strong negotiation and communication skills will be invaluable assets to our team.
