Featuring 20 clubs, each team plays 38 matches (19 home and 19 away) throughout the season. The bottom three clubs are relegated to the EFL Championship, while the top three teams from the Championship are promoted. 🏆 Man City’s Continued Dominance: Manchester City are chasing their fifth title in six years after dominating last season and completing a historic treble under Pep Guardiola. As the #Paris2024 Olympics come to a close this weekend, Team USA will head home with their heads held high and boasting plenty of shiny accolades. With a total of 103 medals so far and hopefully still more to come, it’s fair to say that #TeamUSA has dominated this year's games! ⭐🏆⭐🏆 Here's a roundup of some of the standout performances by Team USA athletes over the past two weeks: 🏊♀️In the pool, things started swimmingly, with the US swimming team bringing in a total of 28 medals – 8 gold, 13 silver and 7 bronze. The most of any country. 🥇 Team USA's first gold came from the men's 4x100m relay team who finished in a blistering time of 3:09.28. The team, consisting of Jack Alexy, Chris Guiliano, and Hunter Armstrong, was anchored by Caleb Dressel, who earned the 8th gold medal of his career. 🤸It was medals galore for the US women’s gymnastics team, finishing at the top of the field in the women’s team final. Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Suni Lee all pulled off stunning routines to earn an impressive team score of 171.296. 🥇The men's team, featuring Frederick Richard, Asher Hong, Paul Juda, Brody Malone, and pommel horse specialist Stephen Nedoroscik, took a thrilling bronze in the team event. Biles, Lee, Chiles, and Nedoroscik also contributed to Team USA’s total of 10 gymnastics medals in the individual events. 🏃♂️In the Track & Field events, Team USA continued to ruffle feathers, with Noah Lyles taking home the gold in the 100m race, crossing the finish line in a time of 9.784 seconds and narrowly beating Jamaica's Thompson by five-thousandths of a second. 🥇It was Cole Hocker who pulled the ultimate shocker of this year's games, emerging from the middle of the pack to overtake race favorites Norway’s Ingebrigtsen and UK’s Kerr to win the 1500m gold and set a new Olympic record with a time of 3:27.65. Yared Nuguse, also of Team USA, took the bronze, running a personal best of 3:27.80. 🏃♀️It’s not just the male athletes that tore the track apart; Gabby Thomas won the 200m sprint on Tuesday night in a time of 21.83 seconds, while Brittany Brown, also of the U.S., earned bronze, with a time of 2.20.
