Barbara Fluty, Director of Health Services at Hamilton College, recently shared her clinic's approach to communicating immunization requirements with students. Here's what she emphasized: ✅ Concise Messaging: Use bullet points (not paragraphs) to make information digestible. ✅ Persistent Reminders: Regular follow-ups ensure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Barbara also gave a peek into their reminder schedule for fall admits: 🔹 Starting in May: Weekly reminders 🔹 June: Two reminders per week 🔹 July: Three reminders per week This strategy helps incoming fall students stay organized and avoid unnecessary stress.
