A hosted solution is ideal for most schools. Here's why: ✔️ Cost-Effective: Lower upfront costs as there's no need for expensive hardware or infrastructure. ✔️ Maintenance: Vendor handles updates, backups, and security, reducing the burden on your IT staff. ✔️ Scalability: Easily scalable to accommodate growing data and users. With an on-premise EHR schools struggle with: ❌ Cost: Higher upfront costs for hardware, infrastructure, and IT support. ❌ Maintenance: Requires in-house IT staff to manage updates, backups, and security. ❌ Scalability: May require significant investment to scale up as data and user numbers grow. College life can be hectic, but proper sleep hygiene is essential for students' overall well-being. Here are some ways colleges can promote better sleep habits: 1. Implement quiet hours (and actually enforce them!) 2. Improve dorm room comfort, including sound insulation, additional temperature control, and good quality blinds 3. Teach students how to keep a regular sleep schedule 4. Suggest that students limit caffeine and alcohol intake, especially through midweek 5. Implement stress and anxiety management programs 6. Provide access to sleep clinics and mental health services 7. Provide nutritious food options for students with a variety of dietary needs Let's face it, we can all take notes on how to improve our own sleep hygiene, as well! 😴 Learn more here: https://hubs.li/Q02KCCRn0 #CampusHealth #SleepHygiene #GetMoreSleep
