Medipreneurs Interprofessional Conversation The last one was this week. We had physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, a dietitian, and more on the Zoom call.  Some of the discussion was fully expected: - All agreed healthcare is broken and in the hospice phase. - All agreed the Two Loops model is a valuable visual, and it's time for those true innovators to come together. - All agreed we get too little, if any, business development training in our medical professional schools. Then there were the insights! - Learning from people in professions/practices you've not known before. - Mutual problem solving and sharing. - 'It's like weaving a web that gets stronger with more people.' - 'Collaboration and being with others who uplift and tolerate you is very helpful.' - It is important to get solutions faster for people - 'It's not rocket science, the entrepreneurs can just move quicker, be more agile than the systems.' - Not all in healthcare are agile and early adopters. When those people come together, solutions come more quickly! And so much more! In summary - Move faster together! Share the knowledge!
