Sit with it. Sit with it. Sit with it. Sit with it. Even though you want to run. Even though it's heavy and difficult. Even though you're not quite sure of the way through. Healing happens by feeling. 🤙🏻

Round 3 kicks off today! I’m almost halfway through, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who has lifted me up along the way. A special shoutout to the amazing woman in this photo, my wife, Katy McGee, I’ll always love you! And lastly, thank you, God, for guiding me to this point and for being my constant source of strength when things get tough. Let’s go! __________________________________ For those of you who are new here, I was recently diagnosed with with bone cancer and am in the process of undergoing 6 rounds of chemotherapy. Each morning, I'll post the workout I completed the day before. Your challenge, if you're up for it, is to do a workout (any workout) today that is As Good Or Better (AGOB) than mine while I go through treatment. This helps people feel connected, it helps me feel connected, and I am hopeful it will lead to a lot of JOY during what could be a very dark time. It’s rarely this easy, but it’s always a good start. Sometimes all we need is a little momentum. Keep Stacking Small Wins 🤙🏻

Yesterday was a big day for my family and me, as I had my first follow-up CT scan since starting chemo—and it was all good news! The scan showed the tumor is responding well, and the radiologist confirmed it hasn’t spread to any lymph nodes. After two months of worry, stress, and tough news, I really needed this win. Like with anything in life, I’m focused on stacking up little victories and continuing to trust in God as I fight this battle. I also want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone for your support and prayers. When I was first diagnosed, I hesitated to share anything on LinkedIn, but I realized that by doing so, I might be able to help others while also expanding my prayer circle. It’s a win-win. To everyone who has offered prayers or reached out with support—thank you. Your kindness hasn’t gone unnoticed, and it’s part of those little wins that keep me moving forward. It’s a beautiful Saturday, and we plan to spend it with our kids and their cousins at the pumpkin patch, riding horses, and watching football. Life feels a little sweeter today, and for that, I am truly thankful. It’s moments like these that remind me of what’s most important. Wishing everyone a great Saturday! __________________________________ For those of you who are new here, I was recently diagnosed with with bone cancer and am in the process of undergoing 6 rounds of chemotherapy.
