As part of the implementation, we built a custom application to enable their in-store experience, managing the lottery for customers to get into the store for each product drop as well as the security and check-in process. We also built a customer returns management Shopify application to support their returns flow. We launched Industry West B2B yesterday 🛋️ We redesigned and rebuilt their site on Shopify earlier this year, to better match the premium feel of their high-end products. Now, we have replicated that experience for their trade customers using Shopify B2B. Shopify has created a great case study of the results, featuring Ian Leslie, CMO at Industry West and our own VP Creative Lenora Rigoni.
