About last week... Asheville was the host destination for AdventureELEVATE North America 2024, Adventure Travel Trade Associations premier conference bringing together adventure travel professionals from 40 countries. It was a week full of learning, networking and so much fun! We started off the week with a Day of Adventure and Welcome Reception at Highland Brewing Company followed by a conference full of inspiring sessions and speakers like Jeff Jenkins and our very own Kevan Frazier. A big THANK YOU to our local operators and partners for putting on a Day of Adventure for all 289 delegates to enjoy. It was definitely the highlight of the conference! No Taste Like Home, LaZoom, Asheville Free Walking Tours, Mountain Mural Tours, Asheville Jeep Tours, Asheville Outdoor Experiences, Navitat Canopy Adventures, Asheville Wellness Tours, The Flying Bike, Asheville Hiking Tours, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Adventure Center of Asheville, Van in Black. The Renaissance Asheville Hotel team did an AMAZING job hosting the conference and thank you to The Restoration Hotel and The Foundry Hotel Asheville, Curio Collection by Hilton for hosting lively nightly meetups featuring bowling, live music and specialty cocktails! AdventureELEVATE North America 2024 in Asheville has kicked off successfully! 🌆 Highlights from Day 1 include delegates returning from an exhilarating Day of Adventure ranging from white water rafting down the French Broad River to forest bathing in the tranquil North Carolina Arboretum. 🚣♂️🌳 After exploring Asheville with new friends and colleagues, delegates headed to the Highland Brewery for the Welcome Reception which served up some tasty barbeque and lovely Bluegrass tunes, a true highland style welcome! 🍖🎶 Are you ready to see what’s on the agenda for today, Day 2?
