We are committed to designing machines that are both simple to operate and maintain, and that efficiently and effectively refine cacao nibs and/or nuts to artisan-quality standards. Additionally, we make it a priority to provide personalized service and support to all of our customers. We provide refiners to chocolate-makers worldwide, and we are proud to support both large-scale chocolate-making operations as well as small-scale producers who are just starting out (making chocolate directly from their own native crops). DCM refiners are available in a wide range of sizes, allowing us to support our customers every step of the way as they expand their operations.
