From the start, I knew I wanted to be in sales. I was seeking a career path where I would face daily challenges and be able to push myself out of my comfort zone. The environment at memoryBlue fosters just that. We are constantly given opportunities to grow, and we are rewarded for the work we put in. I have learned so much here, not just from academy and bootcamp, but from daily huddles, call breakdowns, and constant feedback from my peers and managers. There is a great support system here to lean on. I am proud to be on a team that celebrates both big and small wins - we are always pushing each other to new heights. You can't beat the culture at memoryblue. From the team dynamics, to culture club events, to the atmosphere in the building, it doesn't get better than that. Thank you mB for launching my career in tech sales, and all of the friends i've met along the way.” - Jose Merhej, SDR, Virginia Office
