Last night, we were honored to receive a grant from the Community Foundation of Dunn County! These funds will be used to support our Cops 4 Kids program! This program connects kids with local law enforcement to shop for school supplies and other essentials.

About us
The Menomonie Police Department is a progressive police department that serves Menomonie, Wisconsin. The department of 28 Sworn Officers handle an average of over 16,000 calls for service per year. Of the 28 officers, the Department has a Chief and eight staff officers consisting of two Commanders and six Lieutenants, including two Detective Lieutenants. There are 17 Patrol Officers and three specialty positions. For the specialty positions, one officer is assigned to narcotics investigations and the West Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force and two officers are Youth Services Officers and juvenile crime investigators. The Department has 7 civilian support personnel that work in areas such as records, court coordinating and general administrative duties.
