One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is this: invest in the founder’s idea before everyone else starts believing in them. In any work environment, especially one full of uncertainties, something special is required. It’s not just about believing in the product or the strategy; it’s about having unwavering faith in the founder. Every day brings new challenges, and there will be successes and setbacks. But the key is to trust that the founder will figure things out and lead the team through it all. I’ve come to realize that success isn’t just about the idea—it’s about the belief in the person behind it. If you have faith in the founder, you’ll navigate the challenges together.
