  • The Business Development team was honored to present Mental Health Education to students at Organ Mountain High School, and Mesa Middle School last week as part of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. We presented to over 600 students with a positive and interactive spin on mental health. This was created by our Director of Business Development, Judy Baca, in 2018 and has been presented to over 6,000 students. It covers topics like suicide ideation, depression, anxiety, substance use, coping skills and self-care.   • If your teen is struggling with depression or mental health issues, and you don't know where to turn, we are here for you! We offer inpatient treatment for ages seven and up, in a safe and compassionate environment. As part of our therapeutic treatment, your teen will learn coping skills, and we always welcome a family involvement approach.   • If your child or adolescent is struggling with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, substance use or thoughts of suicide, we are here to help. We have inpatient acute care for ages seven and up. We also have an Outpatient Program that provides structured treatment that focuses on helping with coping skills, social and emotional behavior, and creating healthy relationships.   • A huge thank you to all of our staff that donated items to Ruidoso, NM. Ruidoso has experienced the delegation in their community from fires to flash floods, which has lead to many people loosing their homes. We came together as a hospital and donated items to a distribution center where residents of Ruidoso can go to get items they need from clothing, to personal hygiene, water, snacks, and so much more!
