After nearly four years of litigation on claims relating to breach of contract and discrimination, followed by a nearly two-week trial, a federal court jury in the District Court for the Southern District of New York returned a full defense verdict on all five of Plaintiff’s claims. As a Partner in our New York office, Mikhail focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation, and regularly represents clients in state and federal courts. He also specializes in insurance defense, general liability, and defense of healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases.
