For today’s MetLife Monday, we’re highlighting Parkchester! 🏙️ In 1938, Metropolitan Life acquired 129 acres in the Bronx to create the largest housing project of its time. By the end of 1942, about 40,000 residents were enjoying modern, affordable apartments. This initiative not only met urgent housing needs during World War II but also set the stage for future developments. #MetLifeMondays

During our annual Volunteering with Purpose campaign, members of our MetLife Group Benefits team volunteered in Bridgewater, NJ with Dental Lifeline Network (DLN). Volunteers packed dental care kits in support of DLN’s mission to change the lives of America’s most vulnerable adults through dental care. This support, along with the grants provided to DLN by MetLife Foundation, help more people receive the dental treatment they need.
