Metro is seeking proposals for on-call language access in three categories: 1) written translation, 2) oral interpretation, both online and in person, and 3) ADA accessible and effective communication services such as sign language, real-time captioning, and live audio description. Successful proposers need at least three years of experience and industry-recognized certifications for their areas of specialty.   Metro welcomes proposals from contractors who specialize in some but not all aspects of work within a category, as well as proposals from contractors who have capabilities in all aspects of work within a category.
